Fulfillment Policy

At BlackBox, we offer a combination of digital products and professional services. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how each offering is delivered, along with our refund and cancellation terms.
1. Digital Products (e.g., BlackBox Marketing Blueprint)
Delivery Timeline:
Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to the files via within 24 hours. If access is not received within 1 hour of purchase, please contact us at hello@thinkblackbox.com.
Refund Policy:
Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to resolving any access issues or technical difficulties—please reach out for support.
Cancellation Policy:
As our digital products are not subscription-based, no cancellations apply. All purchases are one-time.
2. Consulting & Strategy Development Services
Fulfillment Process: Consulting engagements (including strategy development sessions, audits, or cohort-based programs) are delivered based on mutually agreed timelines and scopes outlined in your signed agreement or confirmation email.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for completed consulting work. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to a scheduled session, you may reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled session may be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- For one-on-one sessions: Please provide at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule.
- For cohort/group programs: Due to limited capacity, cancellations are non-refundable. Session replays or transfers may be offered at our discretion.
- For custom consulting retainers: Terms are governed by the signed agreement.
