A leading professional services firm offering talent solutions, including training and development and coaching, wanted to increase the efficacy and sophistication of its content marketing efforts. With a relatively small marketing team, the Marketing Director wanted to standardize and scale marketing operations to increase output without additional hires or outsourcing.
To help the firm achieve its goals, we initiated a 3-month consulting project. The weekly consulting sessions focused on the execution of a marketing strategy also developed by BlackBox. Sessions were used to address both strategic questions as well as tactical implementation, covering items like program standardization, targeting, content mapping, and messaging.
